From 4:03 PM to 4:26 PM EST, the Formstack Forms application was unavailable and returned 504 errors. During this time, form submissions through the web interface were also unavailable. API submissions remained operational throughout the incident.
Our team monitored the service following recovery and has confirmed that functionality has been restored.
